Generelle terms and conditions

These are the general terms and conditions for booking online, by telephone or email. If you have any questions please contact us via e-mail lunde.camping@alb.no or by telephone +47 99704701.

1. Booking

The number of persons, price, type of accomodation, and services that are to be delivered by Lunde Camping are reflected in the confirmation the guest shall receive after booking. A valid credit card is required to complete an online booking.

2. Validity of the price agreement

The agreed upon prices are binding for both parties. Lunde Camping Drift AS reserves the right to adjust the prices as a result of changes costs from increased taxes, dues or other changes outside the company's control.

3. Changes and Cancellations

All changes and cancellations must be made by email to Lunde Camping Drift AS - Lunde.Camping@alb.no

The customer may change their booking without additional costs until 3 days prior to departure by contacting Lunde Camping Drift AS by email to lunde.camping@alb.no

The cancellation deadline is 3 days prior to arrival. If the customer cancels their booking prior to 3 days before arrival, the cancellation is subject to a mandatory fee of NOK 50,-

For cancellations made less than 3 days prior to arrival the customer will be charged 100% of the booking.

If the guest has not checked in prior to 17:00 on the day of arrival, and has not notified Lunde Camping Drift AS via email or telephone the order will be set as No-show and charged in full.

Last possible time for check in for the period 01.04 - 30.09 is 21:00 on the day of arrival provided that the guest has notified the reception either via email (lunde.camping@alb.no) or telephone (+47 99704701)

4. 18 year minimum age
For guest who are not travelling with parents, we have a minimum age of 18 years old to make a reservation. Lunde Camping Drift AS reserves the right to cancel the booking if a valid form of ID cannot be presented at check-in to confirm that the person is of age.

5. Payment
Lunde Camping Drift AS accepts payment with Visa and Mastercard. All bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card.

6. Check-in and Check-out times

Cabins and apartments that have been booked are ready for check-in from 14:00 on the day of arrival.

Check-out time is no later than 12:00 on the day of departure.

7. Responsible for damages

The guest or the person who is responsible for the booking are accountable for damage to the lodgings as a result of negligence or reckless behavior by the guest(s). We empasize that all our cabins, apartments and public areas are smoke-free. Smoking in any lodgings is subject to a fee of NOK 1500 for extra cleaning of the unit and will be charged to the credit card of the guest responsible for the booking.

8. Force majeure

Events outside the control of the parties - for instance strike, lock-out or fire that make it impossible to fulfill the terms of the booking agreement gives the right to cancel the agreement.

9. Privacy Policy

We use cookies on the website to analyse and track the use of the site. When you make a booking we also store personal information that you enter related to the booking, including but not limited to:

- Name

- Email

- Telephone number

- Address

In addition, our third-party system suppliers store additional information related to the purchasing process.
